Jon Castelli is a 18x GRAMMY-nominated mix engineer based in Downtown Los Angeles. He began his career engineering for small bands in NYC before relocating to Los Angeles, where he then met his mentor, Tony Maserati. Since then, Jon has become one of the top mix engineers in the industry, collaborating with artists such as SZA, Billie Eilish, Khalid, Halsey, Harry Styles, The Kid LAROI, Nicki Minaj, 6LACK, Summer Walker, Ariana Grande, Leon Bridges, RAYE, Omar Apollo, Camila Cabello, Tate McRae, FINNEAS, Lil Nas X, FKA Twigs, SAILORR and many more.

In 2019, Jon mixed Khalid’s hit single ‘Talk’, earning him a GRAMMY nomination for Record of the Year. In 2022, Jon mixed four songs on SZA’s chart-topping album ‘SOS’, which won him the GRAMMY award for Best Progressive R&B Album. Some recent GRAMMY-nominated projects include Billie Eilish HIT ME HARD AND SOFT (Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album.), FKA Twigs EUSEXUA (Best Dance/Electronic Album), and Cam All Things Light (Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical).

Jon operates out of his studio, The Gift Shop, in the Arts District, where he also records his podcast ‘Conversations’.
